DAC Return Policy
There is a 30-day period allowed for returning hardware. All hardware must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, and must include all cables. A 25% re-stocking fee is charged for all returned hardware. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days, and custom merchandise cannot be returned for any reason, other than manufacturer defect.
Please call DAC at (800) 633-9077 for proper return procedure before shipping. Freight for warranty repairs are not included and are charged FOB repair location
All installation cancellations require a 10-day notice to be submitted either in writing via fax (703) 463-0120, or by email support@dacinc.com. As travel and lodging arrangements for installation team are made in advance, any requests for cancellation submitted less than 10 days prior to installation date will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of original installation charges, without exception.
